Ron is the president and chief executive officer for relationship | one. Ron is a results-driven professional with more than 20 years of marketing and brand development experience, developing integrated marketing programs to launch and sustain product and service offerings for both B2B and B2C-centric organizations and implementation of organizational brand and integrated marketing processes. Prior to founding the company, Ron was chief marketing officer and co-owner of Cadria, and integrated marketing agency, was executive director of marketing for Virtual Radiologic, the largest distributed teleradiology provider, was vice president of research and strategic planning for North America at RMG Connect, and has held numerous leadership positions at Carlson Marketing Group and the Mayo Clinic. Ron received his B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from Wartburg College and his M.S. in Biomedical Research – Biochemistry from the Mayo Graduate School. He is an Eloqua Certified Consultant and Eloqua SmartStart Certified.

Chief Operations Officer

As COO and CFO of relationship | one, Tim brings more than 20 years of management and consulting experience helping organizations succeed in an ever-changing world. He brings a unique mix of business, marketing and technology expertise from industries such as manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, legal services and the military. Prior to founding the company, Tim was group strategic planning director at RMG Connect, a WPP direct and interactive agency. He has also held leadership positions at Medtronic, Carlson Marketing Group and Maritz. Tim is a published author and a doctoral candidate in Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota, received his B.A. in Economics from Carleton College, and his M.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is an Eloqua Certified Consultant and Eloqua SmartStart Certified.
