Oracle Content Marketing is a powerful tool all on its own, but at Relationship One, we’re always thinking up ways to extend functionality and make things even better for our users. That’s where our apps come in. Right now, our development team is hard at work creating a series of apps that allow you to import and export data to/from Oracle Content Marketing, enhancing its already robust functionality and creating a more efficient workflow.
Oracle Content Marketing Bulk Content Loader
Oracle Content Marketing allows you to create content assets such as PDFs, videos, power points, webinars, etc. However, you can only create one piece of content at a time. Depending on the amount of content you require, this might be just fine, however, some marketing teams may want the ability to create large amounts of content at once. This is where the Bulk Content Loader comes in.
With the Bulk Content Loader, you will be able to upload a .csv file that contains all the content you want to import into Oracle Content Marketing and then map your file’s fields to the fields within Oracle Content Marketing. Based on this mapping, the app will either create new content in Oracle Content Marketing or update existing content with the new information. Additionally, you can choose to receive notifications once the import has been completed or if any errors occurred during the process.
Oracle Content Marketing Bulk Content Exporter
Loading bulk content into Oracle Content Marketing is pretty sweet, but what if you want to export that data and import it into other systems? Our Bulk Content Exporter’s got you covered. This app will allow you to use search criteria to find all the content you want to export, define fields for export, and modify export header names, resulting in a customized .csv file to use as needed.
Oracle Content Marketing Project Manager App
Within Oracle Content Marketing, you can create projects to better organize all of your content, but you can only create one project at a time. Similar to the Bulk Content Loader, the Project Manager App will allow you to create or update several projects at once simply by uploading a .csv file and mapping those fields to fields within Oracle Content Marketing. This is an easy way to set up a variety of projects and get organizing quickly!
Oracle Content Marking Manage Users App
If you’re a one-person marketing/content master, this might not be the app for you, but chances are, you’re working with a team and you want them all to be Oracle Content Marketing users. Instead of adding one user at a time, our Manage Users App will allow you to import a list of users into Oracle Content Marketing and perform bulk actions such as enable/disable, reset password, and add to/remove from business units.
The Manage Users App will also allow you to export a list of your Oracle Content Marketing users so you can better manage your user base. Similar to the Bulk Content Exporter, this app will let you use search criteria to find a specific list of users, define fields for export, modify header names, and export a customize .csv file of your user data. Neat, eh?
