Campaigns
You can now organize Campaigns into a multiple-level hierarchy structure that gives access and rollup reporting from the individual Campaigns to the aggregate levels that mirror your organizational structure. In addition, users can associate the various Marketing Assets you currently use in Eloqua® (such as Emails, Forms, PrintMail™ pieces, Events and Surveys, Hypersites™, Call OnDemand Text-to-Speech messages, Fax messages, etc.) with the Campaigns you have created. You can also assign success estimates (the number of leads and opportunity revenue you expect to generate from a Campaign to consider it successful) and roll these up to the higher levels in the Campaign hierarchy.
The main benefits of using the Eloqua® Campaigns module are that users can:
- Create, execute, and maintain Campaigns in one system versus multiple systems (requiring less resources, time, training, and expense).
- View Campaign metrics for all Marketing Assets (such as Forms, Emails, Hypersites™, etc.) as well as offline activity (using Non-Eloqua assets), both at a Campaign level and summarized at other group/hierarchy levels that you set for users.
- Automatically push required Campaign information into your integrated CRM system so that your Sales and Customer Service teams can access it.
- Report on responses to see which Campaigns have the best results and view those Campaign responses by Lead Stage.
