On a beautiful Tuesday afternoon, over 30 Oracle Marketing Cloud users in the State of Hockey met at the Minnesota Wild office.
It was a jam-packed agenda with lots of great conversation and engagement.
The group started with updates, including this month’s Oracle Eloqua Release, Relationship One AppCloud updates, and job opportunities shared by the group.
Heidi Huffman from Relationship One gave a rundown of Modern Marketing Experience highlights and fun facts.
Bridget Johnson and Bjorn Kadlec from The Minnesota Wild presented on the process and goals around their new preference center, which revolves around getting to know their season ticket holders. The goal of their newly designed preference center is for people to know what providing the information will do for them, which will ultimately better the customer experience. For example, a question in the survey asks if you have a dog. If you check yes, you may receive a special invitation to a dog park event where your pup can get a Wild bandana to wear. They explained that the power of knowing your audience is actually about what you can do with it. It’s about more than simply getting the data from your customers, it’s about using it to elevate the relationship.
Ron Corbisier, CEO of Relationship One, wrapped up the user group by sharing his excitement for the newest member of the Oracle Marketing Cloud family, Maxymiser. He gave a live demo of the tool, to which an audience member responded, “Mind blown.”
