etouches for Oracle Eloqua includes two services: a Cloud Feeder and a Cloud Decision.

The Cloud Feeder allows users to import etouches event and registrant data into your Oracle Eloqua Contact database (and optionally a Custom object) via Campaign Canvas or Program Canvas.

The Cloud Decision allows users to compare Contact records to event registrants in etouches right within a Campaign Canvas or Program Canvas workflow. Then users can automate what happens next based on the match result.
