Our first Austin user group lunch and learn session was a success, with a room full of eager OMC fanatics ready to learn and network. Thank you, Dell, for letting us use your wonderful facility to host the event. After the initial test of finding the correct visitor entry door, the event went off without a hitch!
Scott Ingram of Relationship One led the event with some brief introductions and a quick look at the agenda for the afternoon.
Presenting first was Jolene Melancon and Jennifer Gruninger from Dell. Their presentation focused on how they automated lead flow through Oracle Eloqua. They shortened their lead processing time from 2-7 days to only one hour.Amazing! Check out their presentation here.
Next up was Andrea Tucker and Tracy Traeger from Oracle. Tracy provided a detailed walk-through of the product roadmap, exclusive to attendees! They also shared the product vision at Oracle. Some of our favorite take-aways were a new email editor to replace Eloqua’s WYSIWYG editor and new cross-channel app enhancements. We thank you both for attending and sharing so many wonderful insights!
The user group ended with Scott Ingram presenting on some of his latest Inspired Marketing podcast interviews. Scott highlighted some of his favorite guests and biggest learnings over the last group of recordings and gave us a sneak peak into who will be starring in future episodes. Get inspired with his presentation below!
Thank you, again, to all who attended the event. We are looking forward to the next one already!
We are aiming to host the next Austin user group in February or March of 2018. Stay tuned for details!
